What We Can Help With
Contact us if you need help with:
- VPN connection problems;
- route or location issues;
- WireGuard or V2Ray behavior;

- Premium purchase or restore questions;
- free access or ad-supported session issues;
- IP/location display issues;
- privacy or data questions.
What To Include
To help us understand the issue, include as much of this information as you are comfortable sharing:
- app version;
- Android version;
- device model;
- whether you were using WireGuard or V2Ray;
- selected country or city, if relevant;
- approximate time the issue happened;
- what you expected to happen;
- what actually happened;
- screenshot, if it helps and does not show private information.
What Not To Send
Please do not send:
- passwords;
- wallet seed phrases;
- private keys;
- payment-card details;
- sensitive personal content;
- browsing history;
- DNS query history;
- private messages or files.
Billing And Premium
Premium subscriptions are handled through Google Play.
Use Google Play to manage, cancel, renew, or review your subscription.
If you reinstalled the app or changed phones, use the app's restore purchase option where available. Purchases restore through the same Google account and Google Play purchase status.

Privacy And Data Requests
For privacy questions or data deletion requests, contact:
Some records may need to be kept where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, service operation, or legal obligations.
Connection Troubleshooting
If a route does not connect or does not respond:
- check that your internet connection is working;
- try another route or location;
- try switching between WireGuard and V2Ray;
- disconnect and reconnect;
- check whether free daily limits have been reached;
- contact support if the problem continues.
Route availability and performance can change because Freedom DVPN uses a decentralized network.
