Terms of Service for Freedom DVPN
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Freedom DVPN.
By using Freedom DVPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or service.
The Service
Freedom DVPN provides VPN access through decentralized network routes. The app can help route selected network traffic through a VPN tunnel so that websites and apps may see the VPN route's public IP address instead of your normal public IP address.
Freedom DVPN may support multiple VPN protocols, including WireGuard and V2Ray, depending on app version, device compatibility, and decentralized network availability.
Android VPN Permission
Freedom DVPN uses Android VPN permission for the app's core VPN function.
The app uses this permission to route selected network traffic through a VPN tunnel, show connection status, and apply your split tunneling choices.
Freedom DVPN does not use Android VPN permission to collect browsing content or manipulate ad traffic.
Decentralized Network Routes
Freedom DVPN uses decentralized network routes. These routes may be provided by independent network nodes.
Because the network is decentralized:
- route availability can change;
- speed and reliability can vary;
- a country, city, or exact IP location label may not always match perfectly;
- a route may become unavailable or fail to respond;
- some locations may have limited or no compatible routes at a given time.
Freedom DVPN may use route checks, route scoring, cooldowns, and other reliability systems to improve the app experience, but we do not guarantee that every route will be available, fast, uninterrupted, or located exactly where a label suggests.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for how you use Freedom DVPN.
You must not use the app or service to:
- break the law;
- attack, harm, overload, scan, or disrupt networks, devices, or services;
- send spam, phishing, malware, or abusive traffic;
- commit fraud or evade lawful security controls;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others;
- interfere with Freedom DVPN, decentralized nodes, Google Play, ad systems, billing systems, or security systems.
We may limit, suspend, or block access if we reasonably believe the app or service is being abused, attacked, used fraudulently, or used in a way that harms the service, users, providers, or others.
Free Access And Ads
Freedom DVPN may offer free ad-supported access.
Free users may be asked to watch a rewarded ad before unlocking a free VPN session, manual location choice, or high-speed route option.
Free access may have daily limits, session limits, time limits, data limits, location limits, speed-tier limits, or protocol availability limits.
Ads must not block the ability to disconnect the VPN. If a free session cannot start or a route is not responding, the app may allow another attempt or preserve an unlock where supported by the app and backend.
Ad providers, consent screens, and ad behavior may change to comply with Google Play, Google AdMob, and applicable advertising requirements.
Premium Subscriptions
Freedom DVPN may offer Premium subscriptions through Google Play.
Premium may include benefits such as:
- no rewarded ads before connecting;
- more location choices;
- high-speed routes;
- unlimited VPN sessions, subject to network availability and these Terms;
- supported VPN protocols, depending on app version and route availability.
Plan details, prices, taxes, trial offers, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown by Google Play before purchase.
Premium features may still depend on decentralized network availability and technical compatibility.
Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, And Refunds
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google Play.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are intended to auto-renew unless canceled through Google Play.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. If you cancel, Premium access normally continues until the end of the current paid period unless Google Play, applicable law, or a refund/revocation decision provides otherwise.
Refunds and payment disputes are handled through Google Play and applicable law. If Google Play reports that a purchase is refunded, revoked, expired, invalid, or otherwise no longer active, Freedom DVPN may stop Premium access.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may use the app's restore purchase option where available. Purchases restore through the same Google account and Google Play purchase status.
Freedom DVPN does not receive your full payment card details.
Split Tunneling
Split tunneling lets you choose apps that should bypass the VPN.
You are responsible for your split tunneling choices. Apps excluded from the VPN may use your normal internet connection and may reveal your normal public IP address to the services they contact.
IP And Location Checks
Freedom DVPN may show your visible public IP address, VPN IP address, approximate country/city, and route verification status.
IP-based location is approximate. Different lookup providers may show different countries, cities, networks, or coordinates for the same IP address.
A location warning means the app could not verify that the visible VPN exit location matches the selected route. It does not necessarily mean the VPN tunnel is off.

Changes To The Service
Freedom DVPN may change, update, suspend, remove, or add features, routes, protocols, free limits, ads, subscription plans, pricing, reliability systems, or backend behavior.
During beta or early release periods, features may change more frequently.
Disclaimers
Freedom DVPN is provided as a VPN service using available app, backend, and decentralized network infrastructure.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, anonymous, immune from blocking, or compatible with every network, website, app, country, route, device, or protocol.
You should not rely on Freedom DVPN as the only protection for high-risk activity. Use secure websites and apps, keep your device updated, and follow applicable laws.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Freedom DVPN and its developer are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, route failures, third-party node behavior, third-party provider issues, or your use of the service.
Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app, service, ads, subscriptions, support systems, or legal requirements change.
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and make the revised Terms available in the app and on the public website.
